Round-Up Professional Marketing Manager
YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Define, develop, and implement the marketing plan with a strategic direction for the IT&O market segment;Set marketing and business development strategies for short, mid, and long-term goals;Develop marketing promotion programs, including branding, PR, and communication initiatives;Implement market research for assigned segments in coordination with Marketing Planning and Projects;Lead cross-functional teams to set objectives for development, regulatory, and manufacturing activities;Manage portfolio analysis and recommend life cycle management and optimization strategies;Collaborate with Commercial Operations and Key Account Teams to align strategies and support sales;Coordinate contracts and agreements with vendors for market segments;Manage brand pricing, marketing expenses, and budgets, supporting annual budgeting processes.WHO YOU ARE:

Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business or similar; Strategic, analytical, and problem-solving skills for innovative decisions;Interpersonal and leadership skills to foster relationships with key stakeholders;Strong financial skills paired with commercial acumen;Excellent communication skills to inform and influence sales and product management teams;Comfort with making business recommendations with limited information.Preferred Qualifications:
6 years of relevant business experience, preferably in IT&O markets;MBA preferred.

Employees can expect to be paid a salary between $114449.60 - 171674.40. Additional compensation may include a bonus or commission (if relevant).
