Job Description Contract Manager (Rotational) – Shipping Operations – Mozambique

I am currently working with an established marine services provider to appoint an experienced Contract Manager for a rotational assignment based in Mozambique.

Key Requirements:
Fluent Portuguese (spoken and written). Proven track record managing towage vessel operations. Prior experience with P&L responsibility in a marine or offshore environment. Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage crews, operational schedules, and client relationships. Experience in overseeing contractual obligations, budgets, and operational performance. The Opportunity:
This is a rotational contract role offering the chance to take full operational and commercial responsibility for a key towage contract. You will work closely with both on-site teams and senior management to ensure service delivery, operational efficiency, and profitability targets are met.
