Job Description Contract Manager – Offshore Marine Operations (Rotational)

A leading marine services provider is looking for an experienced contract manager to join a key project in the Middle East. This is a rotational position focused on managing offshore marine operations, SPM activities, and multi-vessel assets while ensuring safe, efficient, and cost-effective service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead day-to-day offshore operations, maintaining safety, compliance, and operational excellence Inspire, coach, and manage a diverse marine crew and shore-based team Oversee vessel utilization, crew management, and contract performance Monitor financials, ensuring cost control, budget alignment, and timely client payments Build and maintain strong client relationships, managing expectations and identifying growth opportunities Drive continuous improvement, SOP development, and operational enhancements Candidate Profile:
Master Mariner essential, candidates with expired licenses but strong command experience will be considered Deep knowledge of offshore operations across vessel types/ Proven ability to lead teams, manage contracts, control budgets, and drive profitability in marine operations Prior exposure to KSA, UAE, Qatar, or similar regions, with a strong understanding of local regulations Familiar with ISM, ISPS, ISO, OVID audits, and safety reporting; NEBOSH or Lead Auditor certifications are a plus.
