Experience: + Bring a minimum of four (4) years of proven, high-impact success as a School Director at Cadence Education or equivalent external school director experience, delivering exceptional performance and results. Certification/Licensure: + Secure the appropriate state-required licensing and credentials to lead a childcare/preschool center with confidence. + May include certifications as a trainer in CPR, First Aid, Food Manager, Licensing, or Subsidy Coaching—stand out as a multi-skilled leader! + If driving is required, maintain a valid driver’s license in good standing and carry legally required minimum insurance coverage on your personal vehicle.
