The ROSA Sales Admin plays a crucial role in supporting and operation of the ROSA business. This position is responsible for handling various internal tasks, including promotional activities support, symposium management, and general administrative duties. Additionally, the ROSA Sales Admin will assist in reviewing contracts based on internal legal and compliance guidelines, enabling the ROSA team to focus more on sales and marketing activities.

Key Responsibilities

Administrative & Operational SupportProvide administrative support for the ROSA business team to ensure smooth daily operations.Assist in the coordination and execution of promotional activities.Manage symposiums, 3rd party congress including logistics, vendor coordination, and participant communication.Support document processing, record keeping, and internal reporting requirements.Pricing management involvement – LP UploadContract Review & Compliance SupportAssist in the review of contracts in accordance with internal legal and compliance guidelines.Coordinate with the legal and compliance team to ensure all agreements adhere to company policies.Maintain organized records of contracts and agreements.Sales & Marketing SupportAssist the sales and marketing team with administrative tasks, such as scheduling meetings and preparing presentation materials as well as collateralsSupport customer relationship management (CRM) tasks, ensuring accurate and up-to-date data entryHelp monitor marketing activities and collect feedback for further improvements.Cross-functional CollaborationLiaise with internal departments, including legal, finance, and marketing, to facilitate smooth business operations.Communicate with external stakeholders as necessary to support business needs.Participate in team meetings and provide updates on administrative and operational matters.

Qualifications & Requirements

Essential Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

· Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative, sales support, or similar role.

· Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

· Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.

· Excellent English communication skill both written and verbal.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

 

Preferred Qualifications:

· Experience in the healthcare or medical device industry is a plus.

· Familiarity with contract review processes and compliance requirements.

· Knowledge of CRM systems and sales support tools.- SAP
