JOB DESCRIPTION
This role will need to work in the Blue Ash, OH office.
SUMMARY
The objective of the position is to use monitoring tools to assess assigned process improvement initiatives, to deliver proposals for remediation, and to facilitate the ongoing execution of initiatives. Using quantitative analysis to determine breach points will allow the organization to make data driven decisions. For areas of concern, this individual will use classic root cause analysis tools such as 5 whys, FMEA, Cause and Effect diagrams, etc. to identify the key drivers of recurring issues. Additionally, with partnerships across the bank, this individual will recommend initiatives to prevent future issues from occurring based on findings.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Build and maintain current and historical reporting of various data models
Provide monthly formalized assessment of process improvement discoveries and trends including areas of concern through both an Executive Summary as well as a more robust monthly reporting package
Perform or assign root cause analysis assignments based on data driven insights
Maintain standardized practices for tracking root cause assignments
Develop and maintain standardized templates for documenting findings
Develop and maintain educational material for root cause including tool kits for performing root cause analysis
Maintain the root cause program and procedure document with annual re-approval
Drive continuous improvement to not only business practices through root cause but also driving Root Cause Analysis program continuous improvement
REQUIREMENTS
Minimum of 3 years’ relevant work experience in root cause analysis, data analysis or business intelligence.
Experience in uncovering the root cause for enterprise level issues
Working knowledge of Lean Six-Sigma best practices
Demonstrated ability to design and maintain reporting solutions for monitoring metrics
Excellent critical thinking and logical reasoning abilities
Proven analytical and problem-solving skills
Experience in effectively communicating across functions and teams
Ability to work independently and interface with all levels and functions of an organization and/or regulators
Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite, particularly SharePoint, Visio, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Access
Preferred
Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field
Six Sigma Green Belt certification or higher

The targeted base salary for this position is $62,100 to $93,200 per year. The final compensation will be determined by a number of factors such as qualifications, expertise, and the candidate’s geographical location.<<>><<>><<>><<>><<>><<>><<>><<>><<>><<>>
