This role will report to the Executive Housekeeper. The Rooms Inspector will work closely with the Housekeeping team as well as the Rooms leadership team and act as a key liaison to ensure rooms are released in a timely manner for guest arrivals. Duties may include, but are not limited to the following: · Carefully inspect rooms to ensure they meet Hyatt’s high standards of cleanliness and presentation · Ensure the cleanliness and maintenance of assigned guest rooms, with the ability to clean a full board when business needs require · Communicate effectively with Housekeeping Leadership and Room Attendants to maintain quality and consistency · Collaborate closely with the Front Office to ensure timely room releases and preparation for VIP arrivals · Serve as a key liaison between the Housekeeping and Front Office teams · Help uphold a positive, team-oriented environment by providing feedback and support to Housekeeping staff This is a **non-** **exempt** (hourly) role. The budgeted salary range for this position is **$22.00.** This is the pay for this position that Thompson Palm Springs reasonably expects to pay.
