About the role
We are looking for a passionate Rooms Division Manager In Training (MIT) who strives for excellence in a fast paced work environment.  This position reports to our Assistant Director of Rooms.  Work authorization for this location is required.

What you will do

Learn and develop functional management skills in a variety of situations and environments through hotel-wide departmental rotation and home department placement's, with the goal to be promoted to an Assistant Manager based on ability and performance.  

What you bring

•    College education, hotel or business administration degree preferred.

•    Excellent communication and organizational skills

•    Reading, writing, and oral proficiency in the English language

•    Excellent human relations skills; proven experience in dealing with employee and guest situations in a positive and effective manner.

•    Must be an exceptional performer in their current job and demonstrate the potential for management.

•    Hawaii Food Handler Card

•    Maui Liquor Card

•    Tuberculosis Clearance

Schedule & Hours:

•     Full Time
•     The hospitality business functions seven (7) days a week, twenty-four (24) hours a day and scheduled days and times may vary based on need.
