This position will work closely with the Director of Revenue Management to identify and implement revenue strategies in the marketplace. The team member also works closely with the Reservations Manager and Front Office Manager s to execute the hotel's revenue management strategy at the front office and will report directly to the DORM with daily support and leadership from the Director of Front Office and Reservations Manager. This will include; ·To optimize room inventory and group to drive revenue Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail. ·Balance room availability across systems (Opera PMS and MARSHA). ·Generate and analyze reports to identify discrepancies and opportunities. ·Drive the front office Upsell Program and support the reservations team.
