This includes 4 restaurants, 2 bars, a food truck, marketplace, ice cream shop, and in-room dining.

\nShift: Various – must be available to weekdays, weekends, and holidays.
\nPay Rate: The pay rate for this role is $27 and is based on applicable and specialized experience and location.
\n\nWhat Will I Be Doing?
\nReporting to the Front Desk leaders, the Rooms Controller is responsible for the day-to-day management of room inventory to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability.
\n\nOversees the friendly, professional, and efficient registration and check-out of hotel guests, including assisting the Front Desk during peak periods\nAssists Front Desk Agents in satisfying guest requests and resolving guest complaints\nTrained and skilled to perform all Front Desk functions as needed based on operational demands\nReviews CRM, Guest Request and Comments report for all arriving guests on a daily basis to ensure appropriate pre-blocking of rooms and to coordinate special services to be provided\nCommunicates all special requests to Housekeeping and other departments as needed\nMonitors and ensures completion of all room changes\nChecks the status of all Out-of-Order rooms on a daily basis\nBlocks and emails site rooms for the Sales and Events\nBlocks rooms for special projects including but not limited to deep cleaning, preventative maintenance and renovation projects\nManages room blocking on tape chart\nReviews group resumes to verify group billing procedures, VIP's and special requests\nMonitor arrivals to ensure that rooms are ready by check in time\nClear departures by working closely with Housekeeping Department\nMay interact with customers in person, as well as other departments.\nAssist with the preparation of satellite check-in and checkouts for groups as well as “pre-keys” of groups\nEmail group no-show, in-house, and arrivals reports on a daily basis and assist with any rooming list changes while a group is in house\nAnswers telephone expediently and addresses complaints, problems, special requests and non-related desk questions\nFamiliarity with daily hotel occupancy reports, status of available rooms, etc.\nMonitor room category and bedding availability, up to two weeks in advance, in order to prevent overbooking\nMonitors rollaway, microwave and other amenity requests up to seven days in advance in order to ensure availability, and accurate billing was completed\nOther duties may be assigned as business demands\nWhat are we looking for?
