The Four Seasons Hotel Hampshire is a resort hotel in the countryside, just 10 minutes from the town of Fleet and Farnham and 45 minutes from London. With a varied selection of restaurants focusing on use of local produce, banqueting for 200 and with 24-hour room service, our guests have a lovely collection to choose from.
About the role
In this supervisory position, you will manage the daily operations of the room service department, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of orders to our guests. You will be responsible for training and supporting the team, monitoring service quality, and liaising closely with kitchen and front desk teams to guarantee seamless communication. Your leadership will be key to maintaining smooth workflows and exceeding guest expectations.
You will also handle guest inquiries or complaints professionally and promptly, aiming to resolve any issues to ensure guest satisfaction. This role requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and a passion for hospitality.

What you will do
Supervise and coordinate the room service team to provide efficient and courteous service.
Ensure orders are delivered accurately, promptly, and in line with quality standards.
Train, mentor, and motivate room service staff to maintain high performance and morale.
Monitor inventory levels and communicate supply needs to management.
Collaborate with kitchen and front desk teams to streamline operations.
Address and resolve guest concerns with professionalism and empathy.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times.
What you will bring
Previous experience in room service or food and beverage supervisory roles.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to work under pressure and multitask effectively.
A customer-focused approach with attention to detail.
Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends.
