Delaware North Parks and Resorts is hiring apart-time Room Service Server to join our team at Tenaya Lodge at Yosemite in Fish Camp, California. As a Room Service Server, you will deliver food and beverage items to guests and play an important role in enhancing their experience.

What will you do?Answer room service phones and take orders from guests; accurately enter orders into point-of-sale systemDeliver orders to guests at their room, spa, or pool in a timely manner; serve alcoholic beverages responsibly by adhering to all alcohol service policiesConnect with guests after their order has been delivered to ensure it met their satisfactionMonitor and clear the room hallway for used dishes; ensure all equipment and workspaces are clean, sanitized, organized, and working properlyPerform opening, closing, cleaning, and side work dutiesOperate company vehicle for transportation across the property as needed

More about youAt least one year of experience as a server in a high-volume environmentExperience in cash handling and credit card processing preferredPrevious experience with a point-of-sale system in a service or hospitality environment preferredA valid driver's license

Physical requirementsConstant standing, walking, bending, reaching, and repetitive motionsAbility to lift, balance, and move up to 35 pounds
