Take food and beverage orders in the room, possess exceptional knowledge of the food and beverage menu items, communicate special requests to the kitchen, as well as information regarding preparation methods and delivery procedures in accordance with Four Seasons standards.
What you will do:
Answer the phone using courteous and efficient telephone etiquette while obtaining all necessary information to process the guest’s order in accordance with Four Seasons standards. Describe the selection of food and beverage menu items to guests, offering vivid and engaging descriptions of preparation methods, origin, flavor, and presentation of each item.
Communicate guest orders, including any special needs or requests, to the kitchen using the hotel’s point-of-sale system; verify completed kitchen orders against the original guest order; coordinate the delivery of items to the room by the In-Room Dining Hosts in a timely manner to ensure proper food and beverage quality; accurately close guest checks; record guest charges and gratuities.
Anticipate guest needs, determine satisfaction, and offer suggestions. Respond promptly and appropriately to guest concerns and requests.
Positively schedule and coordinate the delivery of beverage, food, and amenity services, ensuring all requests are received, presented, and delivered promptly and accurately.
Properly and accurately close guest checks, ensuring the room number and signature are included; correctly settle voided or complimentary checks in the POS system.
What you bring:
Two years experience
Excellent English and Spanish (Preferred) language
