CentiMark Corporation is currently seeking experienced commercial Roofing Superintendents in Columbus for our Spec Division.

This position pays $20/hr - $40/hr based on experience.
 

Job Summary: Responsible for supervising large-scale, new construction roofing projects.


 Responsibilities Include:

Direct involvement to ensure the project schedule is followedSupervise multiple roofing crews at job sites / facilitiesEnsure compliance with specifications and plans Communicate with all general contractors and trades to ensure a proficient workflowResponsible for setting up and maintaining safety on job sites / facilitiesPlan and execute a successful projectAbility to work overtime as needed
Candidate Qualifications:A valid State Driver’s License (in good standing) is required Experience in Construction/Roofing Supervision Experience in commercial roofing a plusRequires excellent communication and interpersonal skills Leadership, management and project management skills Organizational and time management skills Computer and Microsoft Office Skills Ability to read blueprints is a plus
