Job Summary: Will diagnose commercial roof leaks & make appropriate repairs. Lead in roof maintenance & small repair jobs. Candidate Requirements:Experience in EPDM, TPO, PVC, Mod.Bit. & Metal Roof RepairsWorking knowledge of commercial/industrial roofing procedures and safetyValid state driver’s license (in good standing)Able to lift up to 50 lbsAble to climb up and down ladders to minimum heights of 25 Feet 18 years of age or older Able to work Saturday and/or Sundays, if necessary Authorized to work in the United States Have reliable transportation,Must pass a pre-employment Drug test
