We are looking for a Roofing Applications Manager to join our Performance Materials team. The position can sit anywhere in the US, but will require at least 50% of domestic travel.

As a Roofing Application Manager, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the adoption and performance of our roofing systems by training customers, managing warranty programs, and engaging with industry professionals and committees.

Delivering hands-on and virtual training sessions to contractors, installers, and technical teams on the proper application of BASF roofing systems, safety protocols, and product performance.Overseeing the Team Q Roof Warranty Program, ensuring accurate documentation, timely processing, and alignment with industry quality assurance standards, including inspections and claims mediation.Providing technical support for roof assembly design and testing, including coordination with internal Credential and Technical Development teams and third-party labs to validate system performance.Representing BASF in relevant spray foam roofing industry committees and technical working groups, contributing to standards development and staying ahead of regulatory trends.Presenting technical content to architects, specifiers, consultants, and customers at industry events, webinars, and project-specific meetings.Working closely with sales, product management, and technical development teams to support new product introductions and resolve field issues.If you...

 

Possess a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, Architecture, or a related field (or equivalent experience) with 10+ years of experience ORNo Bachelor's Degree, but can effectively demonstrate 15+ years of experience in roofing systems, building envelope technologies, or construction materials.Have strong understanding of roofing assemblies, building codes, and testing protocols.Have excellent communication and presentation skills.Are experienced with warranty program administration this is a plus.Have an active participation in industry associations (e.g., NRCA, SPFA, IIBEC, ASTM) this is highly desirable.Create your own chemistry with you@BASF

BASF is committed to pay transparency practices. The competitive Pay Range for this role is $110,000 - $140,000. Actual pay will be determined based on education, certifications, experience, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
