Tradesmen International is immediately hiring skilled Roofer Helpers for projects located in and around Augusta, GA. The pay range is up to $28/hour based on experience and skill level. Job Scope:
Load and unload roofing materials and tools
Remove old roofing and debris as directed
Lay underlayment and assist in positioning roofing materials
Hand tools and materials to roofers during installation
Maintain a clean and safe work area at all times
Support the crew by coordinating with other helpers to complete tasks efficiently
Follow all safety procedures and site-specific protocols
Take direction from the site supervisor or lead tradesperson
Requirements:
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work at heights and in various weather conditionsStrong work ethic and attention to safety
Ability to work well in a team environment
Punctual, dependable, and willing to take initiative
Prior construction or roofing experience preferred but not requiredCompany Details
