Minimum Qualifications:

·                  Must be able to work as a team

·                  Must be able to follow all safety rules

·                  Must have good commutation skills with other team members

·                 Basic math and English grammar skills

·                 This position will require you to work overtime with little or no prior notice

Job Tasks:

·                  Identifying defects on carpet to be repaired

·                  Ability to run the roll-up at the inspection table

·                  Must be able to continuously bend, twist, squat, and reach for duration of 8 to 12-hour shift

·                  Must be able to stand for duration of 8 to 12 hours

·                  Ability to lift 30 pounds

·                  Must be able to reach and maintain a pre-determined production requirement

·                  Must be able to perform minor adjustments on equipment as needed

·                  Must maintain good housekeeping for the area

·                  Ability to perform any other duties assigned by the leadership team.
