Responsibilities 

Generate timely and accurate reports on key performance metrics across renewable energy sites, supporting both internal stakeholders and external clients. Prepare and submit GADS reports in alignment with regulatory and industry standards, ensuring completeness and timeliness. Develop and maintain real-time dashboards to monitor site performance, availability, and key operational KPIs. Maintain organized records related to contracts, operational activities, and project documentation. Extract, analyze, and interpret operational data from HMIS and other internal systems to inform performance insights and decision-making. Conduct data validation and quality assurance to ensure the accuracy and integrity of reporting outputs. Assist in tracking contract milestones and deliverables, including compliance and SLA reporting. Support internal and external audits by providing well-organized, accurate datasets and documentation. Standardize reporting templates and procedures to ensure consistency across the renewable energy portfolio. Collaborate with operations, engineering, and project management teams to deliver actionable, data-driven recommendations. Identify performance trends, anomalies, and areas of improvement to support ongoing site optimization Recommend improvements to data collection, analysis, and reporting workflows to enhance efficiency and scalability.

Target Salary Range - 80,000 - 95,000
