Job Description:
What candidate will Be Doing:
Execute performance tests and document results in accordance with standards and procedures.
Document and communicate results and findings to define performance or facilitate root cause analysis and resolution when failure occurs.
Support team in performing other Electro-Mechanical testing and measurements.
Perform basic soldering, wiring, fixture setup and product labeling to track units under test.
Support test facility and equipment maintenance and management.
Communicate technical information and test results effectively
Detail oriented with a proven track record of accurately documenting test results
Comfortable working in team environment, adapting to changes in assignments, and balancing competing priorities.
Maintain documentation for third-party inspections.
Manual Testing of the technical documents.
What we are looking for:
Entry level job with limited prior relevant training or work experience
Acquires basic skills to perform routine tasks
Work is prescribed and completed with little autonomy
Has limited discretion to vary from established procedures
Works with either close supervision or under clearly defined procedures
Work Arrangement Fully Onsite: Must be able to travel to an Arrow Client office location as requested by Arrow Client leadership.

Annual Hiring Range:
$56,000 - $63,000/annum
Actual compensation offer to candidates may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level. The pay ratio between base pay and target incentive (if applicable) will be finalized at offer.
