Job Title: Robotics Technician Responsibilities + Manage and control all testing and run-off documentation, ensuring possession of customer specifications, cycle time charts, breakdown of quoted hours, and drawing packages. + Participate in weekly project status meetings from power-on and debug phases, using whiteboard presentations to communicate issues with engineering, resources, and project concerns. + Prepare accurate estimates of remaining work using assembly hours tracking sheets and provide updated hours assessments at weekly status meetings. + Communicate daily with project managers regarding project status. + Review material shortage lists with expeditor to ensure component delivery aligns with project schedule and milestones. + Manage assembly personnel to ensure efficiency in the build and debug phases, forecast manpower needs, and maintain a list of remaining work. + Verify that assembly personnel adhere to customer specifications and use correct assembly practices. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $70000.00 - $75000.00/yr.
