**Job Description:**
At Regions, the Robotics Process Automation (RPA) Developer designs and develops robotics process automation solutions utilizing various technology components. This position is responsible for the delivery of the full lifecycle for robotics process automation solutions.
**Primary Responsibilities**
+ Responsible for the full lifecycle delivery of a robotics process automation solution
+ Works directly with business process owners and technology resources during automation development projects
+ Analyzes business processes and formulates comprehensive plans for delivery of an automation solution
+ Leads the discovery, development, testing, and implementation activities to deliver complex automation solutions using the UiPath platform
+ Measures the efficiency and effectiveness of RPA solutions
+ Triages and performs troubleshooting for identified issues with automation processes
+ Trains and assists other automation team members in development and execution of automation scripts as needed
+ May act as a procedural expert
+ May lead the work of junior level associates
This position is exempt from timekeeping requirements under the Fair Labor Standards Act and is not eligible for overtime pay.
**Requirements**
+ Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related field
+ Five (5) years of experience building solutions using the UiPath robotics process automation platform
+ Deep understanding of the UiPath robotics process automation platform components, including Orchestrator, Document Understanding, and others
**Skills and Competencies**
+ Ability to collaborate with business teams, vendor resources, software engineers, information security resources and other technology teams
+ Ability to learn additional systems as needed
+ Ability to translate complex problems and processes into effective automation solutions with consideration for system limitations and performance requirements
+ Ability to work in a team environment when applicable
+ Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
+ Ability to write test plans/scripts and run unit tests
+ Demonstrated ability to write and refine user stories and develop code according to acceptance criteria
+ Demonstrated understanding of Information Systems and Software Development best practices
+ Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
+ Experience building integrations with APIs and databases
+ Experience utilizing reusable libraries and code
+ Experience with code repository and versioning tools, including Git and TFS
+ Experience with relational database design and development (SQL, stored procedures)
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.)
+ Strong passion for process improvement and automation
+ Strong verbal, written communication, and organizational skills
**Additional job detail for this specific opportunity**
+ Builds solution design documents at the enterprise level for complex integrations involving multiple integrations and system interactions
+ Builds highly complex bot automations using .Net, C#, and Python
+ Leverages additional UiPath components, including AI Center, Process Mining, Task Capture, Human in the Loop, Action Center, Insights, persistent/long-running OCR, and Automation Hub
_This position is intended to be onsite, now or in the near future. Associates will have regular work hours, including full days in the office three or more days a week. The manager will set the work schedule for this position, including in-office expectations. Regions will not provide relocation assistance for this position, and relocation would be at your expense. This position must be within a reasonable driving distance to Birmingham, AL, Atlanta, GA or Charlotte, NC. Exceptions to the geographic location requirement may be made for current Regions associates who work remotely._

Pay ranges are job specific and are provided as a point-of-market reference for compensation decisions. Other factors which directly impact pay for individual associates include: experience, skills, knowledge, contribution, job location and, most importantly, performance in the job role. As these factors vary by individuals, pay will also vary among individual associates within the same job.
The target information listed below is based on the Metropolitan Statistical Area Market Range for where the position is located and level of the position.
