Your Role and Responsibilities
In this role, you’ll help run what runs the world, by taking on meaningful work that drives real impact.
After a training period in which you will be familiarized with our products and applications, you will take care of the service of our installations at customers completely independently. You are mainly responsible for the maintenance of the robotic systems and peripheral equipment in the Benelux.
Key Responsibilities
Perform scheduled and preventive maintenance at customer sites, ensuring all work is carried out safely.
Collect and analyze system data (e.g., backups, logs) during maintenance to detect potential is-sues.
Provide detailed maintenance reports and advise customers on optimal system upkeep, executing recommended actions when possible.
Ensure robots are fully operational post-maintenance, enabling smooth production restart.
Occasionally deliver customer training as part of maintenance services.
Qualifications
Higher or Secondary (A2 level) technical education in electricity, electronics, or electromechanics.
Several years of experience as a service technician is considered a strong asset.
Good command of Dutch and English.
Strong sense of responsibility, analytical thinking, and a service-oriented mindset.
Willingness to travel within the Benelux region.
A company vehicle is provided due to the on-site nature of the work; a valid category B driver’s license is required.
Flexibility in working hours is essential, as some tasks may occur outside regular hours at customer sites where production cannot be interrupted during the week.
