Job Description

About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Robot Cell Installation Engineer to join our dynamic automation team. This role is ideal for someone with hands-on experience in installing and commissioning Fanuc robotic systems, managing industrial cabling, and integrating complete robotic cells in manufacturing environments.

Key Responsibilities:

Install and commission Fanuc robots within automated production cells.Perform electrical and signal cabling for robotic systems, including safety circuits, I/O, and network connections.Collaborate with mechanical and controls engineers to ensure seamless integration of robotic systems.Conduct functional testing and troubleshooting of robot cells post-installation.Read and interpret technical drawings, wiring diagrams, and layout plans.Ensure compliance with safety standards and installation protocols.Provide on-site support and training to clients during and after installation.

Requirements:

Proven experience with Fanuc robot systems (setup, programming, and integration).Strong understanding of industrial cabling, including low-voltage and control wiring.Familiarity with PLCs, HMI interfaces, and automation protocols.Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.Willingness to travel to client sites for installation and support.Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Desirable:

Certification in Fanuc robot programming or integration.Experience with other robotic platforms (e.g., ABB, KUKA) is a plus.Knowledge of safety standards such as CE, ISO 10218, or ANSI/RIA.
