PRINCIPAL ACTIVITIES AND RESPONSABILITIES


• Leadership on Manufacturing Execution Systems (High and Low) communication protocols.
• Integration and support of automated equipment (INE) for continuous improvement.
• Update current production systems according to Model Year, ECN and Platform Introductions
• Develop technological innovation projects as part of the continuous Improvement.
• Ensure a technological pokayoke strategy related to Safety and Quality to reduce RPN's.
• Ensure standardization in control hardware, programming logic as well as HMI's and screens architecture.
• Manage program changes through a governance and approval committee.
• Leadership on database for process parameters, OEE, MDT, and real time visual management of the operations KPI's.
• Troubleshoot Robot and Gantries position for any dimensional adjustments.
• Follow BRP values and behaviors.
• Ensure a safe working environment and take full accountability for all safety related topics.
• Enforce Quality BRP policy
