This is a Non-Employee Contingent Worker Role providing services for TIAA’s family of companies and will be employed by TIAA's preferred 3rd Party Supplier. As a Non-Employee CW, perform a variety of moderately complex business planning, support, and project-related duties. Demonstrates an exceptional standard of quality and holds themselves accountable to achieving excellent results.

The anticipated term of this engagement will be 23 months. Key Responsibilities and DutiesDocuments accurate detailed business requirements based on project objectives and researches requirements that may involve data analysis, process or development oriented efforts. Assists in defining and documenting technical and systems requirements supporting business requirements. Supports implementation and operational duties such as systems integration testing and communications. Coordinates and performs user acceptance testing and quality control testing for modified and new systems. Works with stakeholders and business integration to gather and create clear and organized requirements, specifications, and reporting solutions.
