Primarily this role will involve operation of the robotic welding cells. In addition, you will; + Process production components using the certified robotic welding programs and techniques. + Maintaining the function and operation of the robotic welding cells. + Become proficient in the use of the Fanuc robot via the teach pendant. + Become proficient in the use of the Fronius welding equipment. + Perform maintenance duties e.g. changing liners and contact tips, ensure cold wire feed system is performing correctly. + Identify possible issues that may affect the running of the cell. + Identify issues that could affect the welds.
