Key Responsibilities: • AMR Deployment & Integration: Lead the end-to-end deployment of KUKA AMRs, including planning, testing, and commissioning within GM assembly plants. • AFT Deployment: Execute Automated Flow Technology (AFT) strategies to streamline material flow and optimize production efficiency using AMRs. • Mapping & Navigation: Develop and validate facility maps for AMR navigation, ensuring accurate localization, obstacle avoidance, and route optimization. • G-Risk Assessment: Conduct G-Risk (Global Risk) assessments to ensure safety, compliance, and operational readiness of AMR systems in live production environments. • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with controls engineers, IT, safety teams, and plant operations to ensure seamless integration of AMRs with existing systems. • Continuous Improvement: Analyze AMR performance data and implement improvements to increase uptime, reliability, and throughput.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $45.00 - $50.00/hr.
