You will Perform general engineering assignments under supervision related to the design, testing, installation and modification of equipment, processes or structures. **Responsibilities:** + Contributes to the technical design and development of components and equipment used in research and development. + Design and deploy AI models for tasks such as human detection and interaction. Support system testing and troubleshooting to ensure real-world readiness. + Develop and implement algorithms for autonomous control, SLAM and navigation. Ensure reliable communication between hardware components and the robotic system. + Develops, modifies and maintains operating protocols/procedures and related technical documentation. + Identifies operating or installation problems. Recommends design modifications and or solutions. + Integrate sensors like cameras, LiDAR, and radar with robotic systems to enable accurate perception and navigation. Use frameworks like ROS 2 to process and manage sensor data efficiently. + Tests design and operation and performance of equipment and components. + A combination of education and relevant experience from which comparable knowledge is demonstrated may be considered. + Other duties as assigned **Work Experience:** + Effective Analytical Skills + Effective Oral and Written Communication Skills + Effective problem-solving and reasoning skills + 1-3 Years of Technical Writing experience + 1-3 Years of Engineering experience + 1-3 Years of Engineering design process experience **Requirements:** + Bachelor Degree in the field of Engineering + Valid Driver's License **Training:** + OSHA - Hazardous Materials Safety Training Are you interested in this great opportunity?!
