This job usually requires a university degree with an economic orientation, preferably business administration, economics or similar, as well as professional experience of more than 3 years.Sales & Marketing experience, preferably operational experience with NSCs (National Sales Companies) and field service Profound experience in project managementExcellent Data Analytics skills, advanced MS Excel skillsVery good communication skillsExcellent presentation skills both in creating PowerPoint slides and presenting them to suppliers, markets and within FordGood computer skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, Access and PowerPointPersonal initiative, assertiveness, ability to work in a teamFluent English both written and spoken is a mustWhat you’ll love about us:

Active RSA Contract Maintenance with Supplier and European Markets:
Implementation and maintenance of the central framework agreement, taking into account the legal / tax conditions in cooperation with markets and purchasing.Implementation of the local version of the central framework agreement in all EU markets.Monitoring Customer Satisfaction, Vehicle and Customer Handling KPI and working on improvement actions plans with the supplier.Process coordination with potential suppliers for roadside assistance, locally and centrally (incl. tender process).Financial evaluation of the product portfolio using central financial reports and development/coordination of improvement measures. Evaluation of market research results in relation to customer behavior/loyalty. Obtaining all required approvals (Finance, Tax, Legal, Purchasing, Management). Annual budget preparation/adjustment of all mobility programs for all markets.Maintenance of the already established programs (incl. adding new carlines), among others in the area of reporting (Finance, NSC), pricing, controlling and ad hoc inquiries.Development & implementation of special projects connected with roadside assistance and mobility programs.
Business Development:
According to strategic specifications, development and implementation of market studies (e.g. content/prices of competitive offers, product design for the relevant Ford end customers, basic structure and functionality of the markets for mobility concepts) and development of corresponding offers.Based on the market analysis project management for the development of new mobility offers in the respective markets in cooperation with the national sales companies.Working with the respective market coordinators to develop joint Peace of Mind products in connection with roadside assistance.Proposal and development of the sales, marketing, contracting programs for Ford mobility products and, after approval, implementation in cooperation with the markets. Coordinating the process of developing, approving, localizing and making available promotional materials and dealer/market incentive programs to the markets.Coordination of new European framework conditions with external suppliers. communication and country specific adaptation of the national framework in cooperation with the markets and purchasingAdditionally the position owner will also support tasks of the ESB Business Development team
