Te kōwhiringa | The Opportunity 

We are seeking a highly motivated Roadmarking Manager – Canterbury to join our Management Team and lead our roadmarking operations across Canterbury. With the Canterbury region managed closely alongside our operations in the Tasman region.

This is a pivotal position, providing strategic direction and operational oversight to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest safety and quality standards. You will also play a key role in shaping national processes, innovation, and staff development as part of the Management Team alongside other regional Roadmarking teams. 

 

Key Responsibilities: 

Direct and manage the Canterbury roadmarking operations, while supporting Otago, Southland, and Nelson regions Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and client satisfactionBuild and maintain strong relationships with client Support national initiatives in process improvement, pricing/tendering, staff training, and innovationBuild strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers Promote and embed a Zero Harm culture across all operations

To be successful in this position you will bring with you:

Proven leadership experience managing multiple roadmarking or infrastructure operations Strong project management background within the maintenance or construction industry Experience managing budgets, resources, and return on investmentA track record of embedding a strong safety, quality, and environmental (SQE) culture
