Essential Duties and Responsibilities:   Answer incoming phone calls in a professional manner. Identify customer needs and provide excellent customer service, with cost efficiency and safety in mind; Communicate costs; Work with outside vendors and assist in resolving on-the-road repairs. Schedule Company and local customer truck repairs. Provide accurate repair orders and estimates when needed, including data entry and documentation; Obtain approval for work to be completed. Responsible for inventory and parts purchasing, as well as organization of the parts room. Follow-up on calls and send recommended repair reminders. Perform other duties as assigned.
