We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Road Marking Coordinator to join our team in Taranaki. Reporting to the Roadmarking Manager Wellington – Transport Services, you will lead our Road Marking Team, driving profitable operations, fostering strong stakeholder relationships, and maintaining a high performing, multi-functional team 

Your role will focus on enhancing financial performance, promoting safety and quality, and developing your team to meet current and future business demands. You’ll work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery and continuous improvement. 

Key Responsibilities:

Participate actively in business planning and management

Develop, monitor, and report on budgets, productivity targets, and work programs

Manage contractual obligations and ensure key performance indicators are met 

Build and maintain strong client relationships

Oversee project operations, methodologies, and delivery 

Promote a culture of safety, environmental responsibility, and quality

Proven project management experience across multiple sectors 

Strong leadership skills with a track record of managing diverse teams 

Business management experience with P&L responsibility 

Financial and commercial acumen 

Customer focused with the ability to deliver value-driven solutions 

Ability to liaise between operational and technical teams
