Qualifications Graduate from an approved school of nursing program. Required BSN. Preferred Successful completion of a program in Surgical First Assisting. Required Work Experience   Licenses & Certifications Current Illinois RN license. Required Certified in Perioperative Nursing (CNOR) within 3 years. Required BLS and ACLS, certification. Required CRNFA.
