The Wound Care and Ostomy Registered Nurse provides leadership and expertise in the nursing care of patients with wound, ostomy and continence issues considering age specific, developmental, cultural, and spiritual needs. Promotes the use of current knowledge, techniques and research through practice, teaching and consultation; and serves as facilitator for change in the nursing practice. Performs professional nursing functions for selected patients. Demonstrate unit/area designated competencies. **Shift Available:** Day Shift **Status Available:** Part time – not benefit eligible, 8 hours per week (16 hours per pay period – every two weeks) **Required Qualifications** + Education: Bachelor Degree in Nursing. Master Degree in Nursing preferred. + Experience: Three to five years progressively more responsible related work experiences. **Experience with wound care required.** + Licensure: Current Michigan license as a Registered Nurse.
