Farragut: Teen, Mon-Fri 10a-6p (G-Tube)

East Knox: Ped, Mon-Fri 10a-6p (G-Tube)

Knoxville: Ped, 4/3 rotation 8a-8:30p (G-Tube)

Powell: Ped, 4/3 rotation 7a-7p (G-Tube)

Knoxville: Ped, 35 hours/week (G-Tube)

Corryton: Sat and Sun 8a-8p

Powell: Adult, 3 nights/week 6:30p-6:30a (Vent)

Knoxville: Teen, Fri-Sun 7a-7p (Vent)

Knoxville: Toddler, 4/3 7a-7p OR Mon-Fri 7a-3p (Vent)

Responsibilities

Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.On each assignment, provides skilled nursing care/services in accordance with prescribed ordersAssess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient’s condition.Collects, analyzes, and interprets data and information from health care members and documents actual and/or potential nursing diagnoses.

Qualifications

Currently licensed as an RN in the of Tennessee, or have an appropriate compact license.Current TB or Chest X-Ray.Current BLS card.One year prior professional nursing experience preferred
