The Triage RN supports and coordinates patient requests in order to ensure that the appropriate care is given in a timely manner as deemed necessary. **The value youll bring to the team:** + Provides nursing services to all patients and families via telephone support. + Receives and responds to all telephone calls, virtual calls and/or emails made by patients, caregivers, doctors, or others regarding a patients needs or changes in condition. + Utilizes clinical RN assessment and evaluation abilities and skills to assess the patients needs, prioritize requirements, and determines what actions should be taken. + Coordinates and directs staff for urgent patient visits.
