The Family Maternity Center is located away from the everyday flow to provide a peaceful, comforting environment for our moms and babies.
We have 24-hour coverage by board-certified pediatricians and anesthesiologists.Lactation Specialists are available six days a week.Infant security system to ensure safety for all of our newborns.Ample space for dad, family member, or support person to spend the night.Special affiliation with Children's Hospital for the King's Daughter (CHKD) if specialized care is required.Partnership with several community outreach programs that include postpartum support groups and breastfeeding support groups.Our unit is recognized as one of the top performing units for patient satisfaction.U.S. News nationally recognized our Maternity Center in 2023 as a high performing hospital for maternity services.We utilize evidence-based practice to promote up to date care for mom and baby such as Golden Hour and Skin-to-Skin.A message from our Chief Nursing Officer:

We provide market-competitive compensation packages, inclusive of base pay, incentives, and benefits. The base pay rate for Full Time employment is:$48.79 - $81.31. Additional compensation may be available for this role such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
