As an RN Team Lead, you will coordinate and oversee daily operations, workflows, delivery of care and caregiver education as needed. Some of your responsibilities will include direct patient support, while others are more clerical and administrative in nature. This position offers a unique opportunity to enhance both your nursing and management skills while encouraging team growth, facilitating a welcoming patient experience and bettering your community. **A caregiver in this position works days from 7:00AM - 5:00PM.** A caregiver who excels in this role will: + Provide professional nursing care to a specific patient population in a variety of ambulatory settings. + Assist in providing clinical oversight to assigned caregivers and patients to ensure quality and safe care. + Administer RN-only medications for OBGYN, Pain, Ortho & Family Medicine. + Coordinate and resolve daily operational issues. + Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and patient safety initiatives. + Facilitate orientation, teaching, coaching and mentoring of assigned caregivers. + Assist in preparing department specific education. + Participate in quality initiatives, process improvement and research activities to improve patient outcomes, experience and safety. + Travel within the region to support physician clinics and surgical procedures in various locations. Minimum qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include: + Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing + Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) + Two years of recent RN experience + Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification through the American Heart Association (AHA) + Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) through American Heart Association (AHA) Certification within six months of hire + Ability to travel to Cleveland Clinic regional locations + Experience performing telephone triage Preferred qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include: + Bachelor's of Science in Nursing (BSN) + Previous Charge Nurse or supervisory experience + Outpatient experience in OBGYN, Pain, and/or Ortho Our caregivers continue to create the best outcomes for our patients across each of our facilities.
