Patient Population: Critically ill patients (Medical, Surgical, Cardiac, and some Trauma)

Patient Ratios: 1:1-3

Your role as Nursing Supervisor involves supervising healthcare professionals and ensuring high patient care levels. Maintain a safe environment and nurture nursing practice to improve patient outcomes. Oversee operations, productivity, and resource distribution to meet department priorities.

Essential Functions of the Role

\n\nWorking closely with members from different professional fields to ensure coordinated patient care.\nAssessing how effective the nursing practices are and infusing practices and research discoveries that are evidence-based.\nFostering a caring and outcome-promoting environment.\nEncouraging development and opening up growth opportunities for staff members.\nEfficiently managing resources to promote safety within the healthcare system.\n\n

QUALIFICATIONS

EDUCATION - Associate's DegreeMAJOR - NursingEXPERIENCE - (2) Two Years of ExperienceCERTIFICATION/LICENSE/REGISTRATION -Registered Nurse (RN)Basic Life Support (BLS) or obtain within 30 days of hire or transfer.
