RN SUPERVISOR-Community Hospice-WEEKEND TRACK-
Eligible for Full-Time Medical Benefits. Special Enhanced Weekend Track Rate
Work days are Friday 3-7pm, Saturday&Sunday 8am-6pm. On-call rotation for evening and weekend every 6 weeks.

Lead our weekend team who are caring for Hospice patients/familiesCoordinate with other RN Supervisors, the hospice interdisciplinary team, and Directors to ensure high quality end of life care to patients and families.Support and develop our nursing team. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys working closely with a team (our teams include medical directors with specialized expertise in end of life care, RNs, LPNs, aides, social workers, chaplains, complementary therapists and volunteers!).What you will need:
A current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the State of New YorkBSN preferred but not required.Minimum of 3 years Hospice, acute care, or homecare RN experience required.Prior Supervisory experience strongly preferred. Previous Hospice experience preferredCommunity Hospice provides a thorough orientation, preceptors and a supportive work environment

***Special Enhanced Weekend Track Rate: $55.40/hour***
Pay Range for NON-Weekend Track): $36.50-$50.68 Pay is based on experience, skills, and education. Exempt positions under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) will be paid within the base salary equivalent of the stated hourly rates. The pay range may also vary within the stated range based on location
