Minimum Qualifications:

Associate Degree in NursingWell-developed communication skills, both oral and writtenConsiderable knowledge of nursingIntermediate computer skills in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and OutlookAdult Immunization Knowledge

 

Licensure/Registration/Certification

BLS

One of the following:

Current Alabama RN licenseCurrent Multi State RN License in accordance with Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) for Alabama*

*Infirmary Health abides by the NLC requirements and guidelines for the state of Alabama

Breath Alcohol Technician certification required within 6 months of placement in positionDOT UDS Certification

Clinical specialty in Occupational Health Responsibilities

Serves as resource expert in Occupational Health by providing advanced practice, theories, and techniques gained through education, training, and experience to maximize quality patient/service outcomes.
