Position Overview:

Seneca Family Health Center is seeking a compassionate, skilled, and patient-focused Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team in Waterloo, NY. As an integral part of our clinical team, the RN will provide high-quality nursing care in a primary care setting, working collaboratively with providers and support staff to ensure the best outcomes for our patients and their families.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide direct patient care including triage, medication administration, immunizations, and health screenings.

Assist with routine examinations, minor procedures, and chronic disease management.

Collaborate with physicians and other clinical staff to develop and implement patient care plans.

Educate patients and families on diagnoses, treatments, medications, and healthy lifestyle choices.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation in the electronic medical record (EMR).

Adhere to all safety, infection control, and nursing policies and procedures.

Participate in quality improvement initiatives and departmental meetings.

Support care coordination efforts and follow-up for patients with complex healthcare needs.

Qualifications:

Current and valid New York State RN license required.

Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing from an accredited program.

Experience in family medicine, internal medicine, or primary care preferred.

Excellent clinical judgment, communication, and organizational skills.

Proficiency with EMR systems and basic computer literacy.

Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Salary Range Based on Experience $34.48-$43.44
