This position is designated as part-time and night shift. This position would have 12-hour night shifts worked from 7:00pm to 7:30am. The work schedule will include at least 72 hours per two-week pay period and may include additional work hours, based on business needs. The position is eligible for full employer contribution towards health and dental insurance benefits. This position will provide care for residents by assessing needs, assisting and encouraging their social and emotional well-being, and implementing orders and routines. Report and interpret observations and resident behaviors. Communicate nursing and health care concerns to supervisor. Maintain resident charts and records. Coordinate the activities of the nursing unit to maintain consistency in resident care delivery and unit functions.
