This Internship is for Morton Plant Hospital - Clearwater, FL + Internship Begins October 27th, 2025. + External applicants will be required to attend one week of orientation, prior to starting the program. + New Grad RNs will be required to attend two weeks of orientation, prior to starting the program. + Internship will be 6 months in length. During the time of the internship all interns will be assigned to the day shift. Once the internship is complete, the shift you will be working will be **NIGHTS** (7:00PM – 7:00AM) + Interns should not be taking any other programs or courses during the internship. **There is a two-year required commitment for the internship program specifically to the unit and hospital of hire beginning at the end of the 6-month program.** The Clinical Nurse independently cares for a group of patients consistently using the nursing process and clinical standards. Delegates appropriate patient care activities to other members of the health care team.
