Delegates appropriate patient care activities to other members of the health care team. Responsible for professional accountability and development. Position fills needs within the department. **Minimum Qualifications:** The Registered Nurse in critical care works in a hospital setting and independently cares for a group of ICU patients consistently using the nursing process and clinical standards. Delegates appropriate patient care activities to other members of the health care team.
