BayCare's staffing resource office is currently in search of experienced ER nurses who are passionate about providing outstanding customer service to our community. Position: ER Region Float Pool PRN-floats between a region of hospitals (PRN requiring 4 shifts in 6-week schedule to include 2 weekend shifts and a holiday bundle). ONLY REGIONS 1 and 3 are available at this time: Region 1 includes St Anthony's, Morton Plant, Mease Dunedin, Mease Countryside and Morton Plant Northbay hospitals. Region 3 includes South Florida Baptist, Bartow Regional Medical Center and Winter Haven hospitals Requirements: · Registered Nurse license · BLS, ACLS (AHA) and PALS are required, and cannot expire within 30-days of start date · Associate degree in nursing (ASN). BSN is preferred. · 2 years current ER RN experience in a hospital setting is required. Comfortable with floating to variety of units and hospitals. · Prior experience with Cerner EMR strongly preferred. . CEN preferred. · Must have independent transportation for assignments/shifts. · Flexibility ·Travel Nurse experience preferred. **Floats every shift in preselected region.
