Job Overview Ebenezer Ridges Care Center (TCU) is seeking a Registered Nurse-RN to support our residents in our Skilled Nursing Facility (Transitional Care) in Burnsville, MN! This role performs a variety of professional nursing duties in compliance with the Comprehensive Home Care regulations and follows established policies and procedures. We are located across the street from Fairview Ridges Hospital at the I-35E and I-35W split in Burnsville, MN. Responsibilities: Monitors personal cares provided to assure consistency with each individual plan of care Administers medications and performs treatments per physician orders and facility policies Provides data relevant to the development of the plan of care RN – Assesses plan of care, resident goals and revises, modify plan of care as necessary Provides reports and documentation related to incidents, change of status and cares provided Responsibilities: Monitors personal cares provided to assure consistency with each individual Care Plan Coordinates medications and performs treatments per physician orders and facility policies RN – Assesses care plans, resident goals and revises, modify as needed Provides reports and documentation related to incidents, change of status and cares provided Required: Current MN RN license or by start date BLS is required upon hire and/or new hire must show proof that they are currently enrolled in a BLS class to renew or obtain their certification.
