Ebenezer is hiring an Registered Nurse/RN role whom would be responsible for ensuring that the safety and health needs of the Long term care center and transitional care unit patients are met. Supported by a team of nursing leadership, nursing assistants, housekeeping, activities, culinary, social work and more. Nursing schedule includes; 64 hours every two weeks Evening shift, evening shift differential pay Every other Saturday/Sunday and holiday schedule rotation Benefits Package; https://www.ebenezercares.org/employee-benefits (paid time off, matching retirement, wellness reimbursement program, medical, dental) DHS college education scholarships RN student loan repayment, up to $10,000 Responsibilities: Monitors personal cares provided to assure consistency with each individual Care Plan Coordinates medications and performs treatments per physician orders and facility policies RN – Assesses care plans, resident goals and revises, modify as needed Provides reports and documentation related to incidents, change of status and cares provided Required: Current MN RN license or by start date BLS is required upon hire and/or new hire must show proof that they are currently enrolled in a BLS class to renew or obtain their certification. BLS certification must be obtained within three-weeks of hire date and before nurse can perform independent practice AHA BLS for Healthcare Providers or Red Cross CPR for Professional Rescuers Preferred: Comfortable using Microsoft windows and electronic charting systems Work experience in a patient support role, LPN or RN Good written and verbal communication skills to interact with residents, families and physicians or providers Join our dedicated team and contribute to our mission of helping seniors heal, discover, and lead longer, healthier, and more meaningful lives.
