Ebenezer is hiring an Registered Nurse/RN role whom would be responsible for ensuring that the safety and health needs of the Long term care center and transitional care unit patients are met. Supported by a team of nursing leadership, nursing assistants, housekeeping, activities, culinary, social work and more. Nursing schedule includes; 64 hours every two weeks Evening shift, evening shift differential pay Every other Saturday/Sunday and holiday schedule rotation Benefits Package; https://www.ebenezercares.org/employee-benefits (paid time off, matching retirement, wellness reimbursement program, medical, dental) DHS college education scholarships RN student loan repayment, up to $10,000 Responsibilities: Monitors personal cares provided to assure consistency with each individual Care Plan Coordinates medications and performs treatments per physician orders and facility policies RN – Assesses care plans, resident goals and revises, modify as needed Provides reports and documentation related to incidents, change of status and cares provided Required: Current MN RN license or by start date BLS is required upon hire and/or new hire must show proof that they are currently enrolled in a BLS class to renew or obtain their certification.
