Ebenezer is hiring an **Registered Nurse/RN role** whom would be responsible for ensuring that the safety and health needs of the Long term care center and transitional care unit patients are met. Supported by a team of nursing assistants, housekeeping, activities, culinary, social work and more. Nursing schedule includes; + Full time; 64 hours every two weeks + Evening shift + Every other Saturday/Sunday and holiday schedule rotation + Benefits Package; https://www.ebenezercares.org/employee-benefits (paid time off, matching retirement) + DHS college education scholarships **Responsibilities:** + Monitors personal cares provided to assure consistency with each individual Care Plan + Coordinates medications and performs treatments per physician orders and facility policies + RN – Assesses care plans, resident goals and revises, modify as needed + Provides reports and documentation related to incidents, change of status and cares provided **Required:** + Current MN RN license or by start date + BLS is required upon hire and/or new hire must show proof that they are currentlyenrolled in a BLS class to renew or obtain their certification.
